Why does it really matter what colour your skin is? Or how big or small your eyes are? What higher power you believe in? Or the clothes you wear? How rich or poor you are? None of it matters when one cannot simply believe in being human. And the truth of the matter is, no matter what we do, none of us will ever be identical. We will always find differences, and the only thing that remains mutual in this world is that we all belong here, we were all put on this earth and called human beings. And we will never ever find peace until we respect the basis and origination of our existence. We are all human being, we all breathe, live, eat, love, lose, feel pain, we all have desires, we all have emotions. None of those emotions that come straight from the heart, will ever ask before feeling. Love has no boundaries, neither does hate. We love regardless, and we hate regardless. But truth be told, once you tell your heart to understand the power of unity and the simple notion of existing as one race; the human race, even the heart listens, and it does ask.
Racism, hate, discrimination, extremism has made our world spiral downward into a dark tunnel; and its always up to us whether we want to see the light at the end of that tunnel or not.
What if the person that makes you smile, or the things that make you smile from ear to ear, are also the same things that put you down. what if that same thing, or person has the power to make, or break you? What do you do? You sit back, and take everyday as it comes, you enjoy the moments that make you happy, and you cherish them, and then when that day comes where that person decides to break your heart, you get up, walk away and you never turn back. there is nothing more important in this world than your heart, and once a heart breaks its not easy to mend, but when its broken multiple times, into multiple pieces, its impossible to mend. So yes, walking away will hurt, it will break your heart, but cherish those happy moments, remember them, and smile whenever you think about them, but dont cry thinking about what you’ve left behind, because if that something was worth keeping, you wouldn’t have walked away to begin with.
Wanting things that we know we cant have; probably the most frustrating feeling that anyone will ever feel. But truth be told, its the one common feeling that every single person in this world feels. Whether its a certain person that you want and cant have, whether its something you want that you know you cant have, or whether its to feel a certain feeling that you know that you cannot feel. If everyone had everything that they wanted, or knew that they could instantaneously get what they desired, what would be the point of wanting? nothing in life comes easy, and the things that we desire the most usually come with the highest of prices, and sometimes those prices cannot be paid. That’s the magic of life, its so difficult, yet so beautiful; its got everything planned out for you, yet somehow its so unpredictable.
